What It’s Like to
From the start of your build, we establish a regular OAC meeting cadence (Owner, Architect/Designer, and Contractor together). Through framing, we meet twice a month. Once structural work is complete, we meet weekly. Every meeting is documented with updated minutes and a current schedule so nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll never have to wonder what happened at a meeting you weren’t in. You always have a seat at the table.
You’ll Always Know Where Your Project Stands.
During the design and pre-construction phase, we engage multiple trusted trade partners to collect competitive bids on the scope of work. Once bids are received, we review them with you - not just the bottom line, but what’s included, who the partner is, and what the tradeoffs look like. You make the final call on every subcontractor and supplier, fully informed.
We don’t steer decisions for our benefit. Our role is to give you the information you need to make the right call for your project.

We identify the cost impact and the schedule impact, and we walk you through both.

Drawing from our experience in commercial construction, we bring in-house 3D modeling to every project. Before a single wall goes up, we can walk you through your home virtually: room proportions, material options, spatial flow, and architectural details.
But this isn’t just a visual exercise. Our modeling software runs “clash detection” across your plans - identifying conflicts between structural, mechanical, and architectural systems before they become problems in the field. Issues that would take days and thousands of dollars to fix on site are resolved simply. It saves time, it saves money, and it means the home you walk through at the end is the home you approved at the beginning.

Our 3D modeling process begins here, giving you a precise visual of your home and surfacing any coordination issues before they reach the field. By the time we break ground, the decisions are already made and the plan is solid.

With groundbreaking comes the full activation of our process discipline. OAC (Owner, Architect, Contractor) meetings keep you, your architect, and our team aligned throughout construction. Weekly project updates give you a clear view of progress, open items, and upcoming decisions. Change orders are handled transparently - every one priced and authorized before it’s executed. Billings are itemized. You stay in command of your project without being buried in it.

Delivery is not the end of the relationship - it’s the beginning of the next chapter. We complete your home to the highest standard, conduct a thorough walk-through, and provide a comprehensive close-out package: warranties, vendor contacts, and system documentation for every element of your home.
